Smart Umbrella Management Solutions, in collaboration with SEGE – Business Women’s Association of Greece, and Impact Hub Athens,
successfully hosted the informative event on burnout as part of the European project Beat Burnout.
During the event, we delved into the symptoms of burnout and shared valuable tools and practices for its effective management, under the guidance of experienced mentors and alongside all participants.
We were delighted that everyone who attended left with new knowledge and practical skills to help them manage work pressure and combat burnout.
