The European project School to Farm has been awarded the “Good Practice” title as well as the “European Language Label” by the European Commission!

Through this European program, we utilized farms as experiential, ecological, and educational environments, creating innovative teaching tools with a STEAM & gamified approach.

Together with partners from Poland, Turkey, Finland, and Latvia, we succeeded in:
• Bringing experiential and environmental education closer to schools and communities.
• Providing open educational resources (OER) that combine knowledge, technology, and interactivity.
• Enhancing environmental awareness, STEAM skills, and a love for nature among students, educators, and families.

School to Farm has shown that education can be experiential, interactive, and truly connected with nature.

Preparation

Prepare your CV, motivation letter and (if you are a new entrepreneur) your business plan.

Registration

Apply through the online form and submit the required documents.

Find your match

Propose or search for an entrepreneur through the online database, with the help of your local contact point.

Agreement

Together, set your dates, goals and activity plan, and submit them to your contact point.

Sign the Commitment to Quality

All partners sign digitally. New entrepreneurs also sign a financial agreement.

Start your experience abroad

The exchange lasts 1–6 months (with the possibility to split periods). Financial support is paid in instalments.
