Τhe 3rd Transnational meeting of the DASS project!

We are thrilled to announce that the 3rd Transnational meeting of the DASS project took place on the 29th-30th of March, in Smart Umbrella Management Solution’s office.

During these days we finalized the development of DASS Booklet that will be aimed at training of youth workers and we also started the production of an innovative app for youth to help them reduce stress.

If you’re a youth worker or a young person struggling with stress, DASS project offers an opportunity to Tackle your mental and physical stress through creative methods.

The fourth online meeting was held for the schooltofarm project!

On March 28th, the fourth online meeting was held for the schooltofarm project. During the meeting, project partners had an opportunity to discuss the progress and implementation of project activities, dissemination efforts, and establish upcoming deadlines.
The goal of the “School to Farm” project is to create a series of place-based and game-based STEAM activities for environmental education that can be utilized on farms as a form of out-of-school education, complementing formal education.

Τraining activity in Palermo for DASS project!

We are delighted for taking part in this training activity in Palermo, in the framework of DASS project.

During this week, 2 trainers and 8 youth workers, (two per partner organization), were equipped with new tools and new methodologies to empower youth through Dance & Movement!

Based on the feedback and suggestions from participants we are a step closer to the creation of the Booklet which will be addressed to youth workers. The booklet is a tool containing good practices, methodologies, and practical exercises that youth workers can use with young people to cope with stressful situations.

If you are a youth worker or a youngster struggling with stress, the DASS project is your chance to learn effective methods of tackling everyday anxiety.

The Inclusive IMPRO Theater Project has reached a successful conclusion-Final Meeting!

The Inclusive IMPRO Theatre Project has reached a successful conclusion, and the final meeting took place on February 15-16.
Over 200 schoolchildren and teachers were engaged in the project, and the goals that were set out were achieved.

It is with great pleasure that we announce that on Saturday, January 14th, the dialogue group and the experiential workshop, which was organized by Smart Umbrella with the support of SEGE – Business Women’s Association of Greece for women working remotely in the framework of the European project Beat Burnout, was completed.
The aim of the Beat Burnout project is to reduce the gender gap and prevent burnout for women working remotely.
