We are proud to share the groundbreaking findings of our study conducted under the framework of Beat Burnout project, which involved 283 women across eight European countries.

Our study sheds light on 15 crucial factors that significantly impact women’s mental health and overall well-being in remote working environments. The report reveals that a staggering 49.3% of the surveyed women frequently experience stress during their work hours, while an alarming 50.2% indicated that they do not prioritize their mental well-being.

This report is one of two comprehensive studies within the project, highlighting the challenges faced by women in remote workplace and emphasizing the urgent need for organizations to address and support the mental health needs of their female employees.

As the Beat Burnout project progresses, stay tuned for more updates as we strive to create healthier and more supportive work environments for everyone.

Together, we can break down barriers and build a brighter future for women in the workforce.
